I work with fast-growing companies to help their product function perform as they scale. This could involve setting the first product leader up for success. It could also entail the difficulty of prioritizing important long-term goals without getting sidetracked by tactical distractions that could jeopardize the future of the business. Common reasons for wasted investment in product engineering are a lack of alignment with the product strategy and a lack of confidence in product execution.

To address these common issues, I have developed two projects. The first project focuses on aligning everyone using the Product VCP (Value Creation Plan). The second project consists of implementing a lightweight, transparent process.

  • Management Course for Product

    Not all problems are about aligning processes. I often customize projects to achieve customer specific goals. This could involve evaluating team structure, defining a product leader position, conducting research on a potential acquisition, or guiding a company's shift in mindset from focusing on features to being more product-oriented. Occasionally, I also serve as a part-time Chief Product Officer to assist with business objectives.
